1. Q: When can you make shipment after receiving customers’ order?
A:  We will be able to make shipment in 2—3 weeks suppose the payment has been solved.

2. Q: What is the payment term of your company?
A:  Our payment term is:
1). 100% irrevocable L/C at sight
2). 30% as T/T before shipment and 70% T/T against copy of B/L
3). 100% payment after shipment arrival(for long-term partners only)

3. Q: What is the minimum ordering quantity?
A: The minimum ordering quantity is a 20 FCL container. So for frozen vegetables and fruits, it’s about 0—12MT, for dry beans, it’s about 23MT. However in this 20’FCL, we provide combination service, that means you can order a few items for the MOQ of 20’FCL.

4. Q: Can you make combined shipment with different products?
A:  Yes we can.

5. Q: What certificates do you have?
A: We have certificates of HACCP, ISO, BRC, AIB, Kosher etc.

6. Q: What certificates do you have for organic products?
A: We have Eco-cert, NOP, JAS etc.

7. Q: What is IQF and BQF?
A: IQF is short for Individual Quick Frozen and BQF is short for Block Quick Frozen(also called Wet Pack).
