How To Storage Fruits And Vegetables In Frozen
(1) Bamboo Shoots
Refrigeration method: first, boil bamboo shoots. Then slice after be cooled, and drain the water. At last, put into the seal bag.
Thaw and eating method: no thaw, cooking directly.
(2) Carrots
Refrigeration method: first, cut into strips/dices/slices after be boiled, and to be cooled after drain the water. Then drain the water again and put into plate to frozen. At last, put into the seal bag after frozen.
Thaw and eating method: be soaked in hot water or cooking directly.
(3) Leaf Vegetables
Refrigeration method: use hot water to boil 8 minutes, remove into the cold water to be cooled. Then cut into the appropriate size, drain the water and put into plate to frozen. At last put into the seal bag after frozen.
Thaw and eating method: eating after be boiled.
Refrigeration method: boil and cut into small dices, put into plate to frozen, at last, put into the seal bag after frozen.
Thaw and eating method: no thaw, cooking directly or make a salad.
(5) The Kiwi fruit, Banana, And Watermelon
Refrigeration method: first cut into small dices, add some sugar on the surface to prevent oxidation, then row in the plate to frozen, at last, put into the seal bag after frozen.
Thaw and eating method: eat directly, or make into milk shake with juice and milk.
Refrigeration method: wash and drain the water, put into refrigerator to frozen directly.
Thaw and eating method: eating directly after peeling
