How To Make A Delicious Frozen Strawberry Yogurt
Material:
- 0.5kg strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 0.1kg sugar, could adjust according to your taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise and seeds scraped
- 130g whole-milk yogurt
Steps
2.Add strawberries, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and rum to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and store at room temperature for 1 hour.
3.Add the strawberries with juices to a food processor. Pulse the b erries, and then add the vanilla beans seeds and yogurt. Continue to blend until smooth.
4.Place into the freezer for 1 hour.
5.Turn on your ice cream machine and pour the frozen yogurt mixture into machine. Churn about 12 to 15 minutes.
6.Place in the freezer for several hours until hard enough to scoop.
