During the production of frozen food packaging, we should pay attention to followings:
1. Choose right raw material by foods’ characteristic. Research the biochemistry physics characteristics and sensitive factor of frozen food, then decide to choose what kind of packaging materials, packaging technology for packaging operation, to achieve the protection function and extend their shelf life.
2. Commodity market positioning. Packaging should be different by different consumer groups, different consumer groups’ requirements are not the same. Packaging should not only protect frozen food flavor, but also should be able to reflect the value of commodities, and make comprehensive packing cost reasonable.
3. Reasonable packaging structural design, design the container shape, compression strength, structure form, size, sealing mode etc. by the characteristics of frozen food, Should try to do packing structure reasonable, save materials, save transport space and avoid too much packaging and deceptive packaging.
4. Packaging detection. Qualified goods must have qualified packaging. Package detection project is various kinds, but not for every packaging. 5. Packing standards and regulations.
